Our Story

Founded to serve the faithful and to keep ancient practices alive, our temple is a place of prayer, healing and learning. Under the guidance of our priests and elders, devotees gather for ceremonies, festivals and spiritual consultation.

We open our doors to people of Nigeria and the diaspora who wish to reconnect with their roots, as well as to all who respectfully seek to understand Yoruba spirituality.

Àṣẹ

The sacred power that makes things happen — the heart of all we do.

Ìwà Pẹ̀lẹ́

Good and gentle character, the highest virtue in Yoruba thought.

Ancestors

We honour those who came before us and carry their legacy forward.

Heritage

Preserving language, music, art and rites of African culture.
